So glad I stumbled upon your blog. I read your Grace As We Know It post and cried all the way through. I wasn’t 19, but I was 21 when God’s grace whipped around and slapped me in the back of the head and brought me back to Him…in the form of a beautiful baby girl. I am THRILLED to find another person who sometimes talks about Jesus-y stuff and shit. Makes me feel a little more…normal? LOL I live in the deep south and often feel like quite the abnormality. So, SO glad I’m not alone. Cant wait to learn more about you and keep reading!
I absolutely love your writing and your blog has brought me tremendous comfort and inspiration during a very trying time. One of my best friends, and second favorite Jew shared your blog with me. Love the sisterhood of potty-mouth, imperfect Christians.
Hey Tamera- just left you a comment on a post but thought i would stop by here too. You have a fresh air to you and it resonates in your writing. i hope you continue to find your muse. Stop by my lil place if you ever get a lil time. It is amazing God gives us a way to pour our hearts out isnt it?? Peace & Grace
Hey, I just wanted to let you know that I love reading your thoughts. It is especially nice because, as a youth minister, I have to be cautious about what I say and how I say it all the time, and you give me an outlet to think and speak my mind for real. I try to make my blog as real as possible, but sometimes I find myself using my mind censor because I know parents and teens read it. You give me an outlet and courage to step up and say what needs to be said sometimes.
Gday Tamara from Australia. I ranomly found your blog after blogging tonite and thought i would take a peek. I look forward to reading more raw writing.
Tamara, I love your blog! I am new to blogging myself and I love your recent post on the mispronoucing of your name – my last name is Gianechini, should sound like “G-on-a-Keenie” the end sounds like it doesn zucchini – and trust me it gets messed up all the time!
This is a great blog! I just found it as you’re on Freshly Pressed. I’m doing something a little similar, I guess, from a Buddhist’s point of view, but you are streets ahead! Good job. Just sayin’.
Hey Tamara. I have to admire a Christian woman with an edge. I will definitely tune into your blog. By the way, interestingly enough my blog is called Drawing Out Loud. I am a Christian artist and I believe while we should reverence God, He most certainly has a sense of humor and laughs and plays.
Tamara! I passed by your blog simply to read the name. Me too was Tamara for 60 years And for 3 years already my granddaughter calls me Ai (Аиin Russian). Why – nobody knows but our family likes it and now I’ve got a new name! But still I like Tamara and your writing as I’ve already spent an hour here…
Best wishes and
See you soon!
Hey, I discovered you from beccranford tweeting. Nice blog. I am interested in Spiritual Symbols that guide our lives. Mine is the shadow. My blog which is still a work in progress is dedicated to the symbols that guide us to wisdom in GOD and those that we don’t understand. Wondering if your life has one symbol that defines it. Thanks.
Hello Tamara
I have read some of your articles and loved them. Though I have commented on only one I think. I enjoy reading. Keep sharing and congratulations for the freshly pressed articles.
Best to you. Do visit my blog sometime. It is great to have honest feedback.

Hi,
I just read your post “Those Who Can’t Teach” I agree there are plenty of those, HOWEVER there are plenty of us who CAN, DO and LOVE IT! Teachers are on the chopping block in our world currently. . . . . . . please ignore the bad ones and celebrate the great ones!!!!
Thanks:)
Hi Tamara – just wanted you to know I enjoy reading your posts – you have a most incisive style, which I greatly appreciate. Keep going for it … you’re touching a lot of folk …

I’m sorry, I just saw this! I’m so glad my blog has helped in some way. Thanks for sharing.
God help me. I’m subscribing to the madness of TamaraOutLoud. I get to be enlightened and maybe even scared a little all at once.
I’m not that scary. Probably. Maybe. We’ll see.

I’ve never thought of a symbol as defining my life, but that’s really interesting– I will have to think about it!

Woooo Hooooo! I received my tacky Florida postcard in the mail and it is hanging up in my office! Now you haters out there, don’t be jealous!
Yay! So glad you like it! Thanks for playing the 12 Gifts of Christmas with me!
Did you always have the line thingy above your name, or is that a recent addition?
It’s cool.
